A raincoat is wonderful to put on when it's raining and windy outside. Raincoats come in different sizes and models. Longer A-line raincoats are comfortable for city use and when you don't want to wear rain pants. They also provide adequate protection for the feet. It is often easier to move and play in a short raincoat, so a shorter jacket is a better choice for rain pants, especially for kindergarten.
