Shipping policy

OLKiA aims to process your order as soon as possible. The normal delivery time for items in stock is 1-5 business days. If the product indicates: "This product has a longer delivery time than usual," the product will be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, with a delivery time of 6-10 business days. Generally, we ship all items together.

Currently, we only deliver orders to mainland Finland. You can choose Matkahuolto or Posti pick-up point or home delivery as the delivery method.

DELIVERY TO PICK-UP POINT:

You can track the progress of your order with the tracking code provided by Matkahuolto or Posti. You will receive a notification via text message or email as soon as your order is available for pick-up. Please ensure that you collect the package within the specified storage period at the pick-up point. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to OLKiA.

HOME DELIVERY:

For home deliveries, you will receive a text message, and you can choose the delivery time of your order. Your order will be delivered primarily to the selected pick-up point. If you have chosen an automated machine that is full, your order will be automatically redirected by Posti/Matkahuolto to the nearest available point. You will be notified of this by Posti or Matkahuolto.

SHIPPING COSTS TO FINLAND:

  • Pick-up from Matkahuolto or Posti pick-up point: 0,00 € when the order value exceeds 149 €.
  • Matkahuolto XXS package pick-up point: 4,95 € when the order value is below 149 €. This is visible in the menu if the order can be shipped in this size.
  • Matkahuolto "Near" package pick-up point: 5,95 € when the order value is below 149 €.
  • Posti small package: 5,90 €. This is visible in the menu if the order can be delivered to a mailbox or mail slot. It will be delivered with other mail within 1-3 business days. Tracking is also included.
  • Pick-up from Posti pick-up point: 7,95 € when the order value is below 149 €.
  • Posti or Matkahuolto home delivery: 14,90 € (home delivery between 9 am and 10 pm).
  • Pick-up from the office by appointment: 0,00 € (Pykälätie 15, 00960 Helsinki).

In case of free deliveries, we reserve the right to change the delivery company without prior notice. For unclaimed or undelivered shipments, we will charge you 15 € per order, which covers the shipping costs and other expenses incurred by us.

SHIPPING COSTS TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES:

  • Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania: Postnord - MyPack Collect: 12,90 € when the order value is below 149 €, 0 € when the order value is over 149 €.
  • Germany: Postnord - MyPack Collect: 12,90 € when the order value is below €149, 0 € when the order value is over €149.
  • Germany: UPS Standard - Home Delivery: 15,90-21,90 € when the order value is below 149 €, 0 € when the order value is over 200 €.
  • Poland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Bulgaria, Ireland, and Italy: GLS - Home Delivery: 12,90 € when the order value is below 149 €, 0 € when the order value is over 149 €. UPS Standard - Home Delivery: 15,90-21,90 € when the order value is below 149 €, 0 € when the order value is over 200 €. Posti Parcel Connect - Home Delivery: 15,90-21,90 € when the order value is below 149 €, 0 € when the order value is over 200 €.
The estimated delivery time to other EU countries is 3-6 business days. For unclaimed or undelivered international shipments, we will charge you 30 € per order, which covers the shipping costs and other expenses incurred by us. The product return fee is 14,90 € per return, and the amount will be deducted during the return process.

INSPECTING THE SHIPMENT:

Please inspect your delivery promptly upon receipt. If you notice any deficiencies or defective products, please contact OLKiA's customer service at customer@olkia.fi.
