In Olkia's online store, you can pay with Paytrail, Klarna, or Olkia Oy's electronic gift card.
PAYTRAIL PAYMENT METHODS
The payment service provider and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

BANK BUTTON PAYMENTS
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. In Olkia's online store, you can pay with the following bank payment buttons:

Paytrail will appear as the payee on your bank statement, and we will forward your payment to the online store. From the online store, you will be directed straight to your own bank to securely make the payment.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
You can pay with the following cards in the online store:

International Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are available in the online store.
Paytrail will appear as the payee on the credit card bill, and the customer's credit card payment will be forwarded directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely on a protected payment form, and no payment card information is stored in the online store's systems.
Neither the online store nor Paytrail Oyj have access to card information, and no payment card information is stored in our systems.
The Olkia online store uses the Paytrail payment service for card payments. The Olkia online store acts as a marketer and supplier of products to the customer. The Olkia online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store and any other obligations it defines. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, please contact the Olkia online store directly. In card payments, a transaction is formed between the customer and Paytrail Oyj (2196606-6). Paytrail Oyj is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments. Paytrail will appear as the payee on the credit card bill and will forward the customer's credit card payment directly to the merchant.
MOBILE PAYMENT METHODS
Pivo and MobilePay are mobile payment methods that work within their respective applications, allowing users to pay for online purchases by bank transfer or card payment through the app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, allowing users to accept payments in any Siirto-supported app.
In product returns, the payment made through Paytrail will be refunded to the customer using the payment method they used in the order.
KLARNA PAYMENT METHODS
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.) (registered office address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer the following payment methods where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from the delivery of the products. Klarna invoice terms are available here.
Flexible Installment Payment: You can pay for your purchases flexibly in monthly installments, the minimum amount of which is 1/24 of the debt (but always at least 5.00 EUR including interest on the remaining debt).
Fixed installment payment: You can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease monthly as the remaining debt decreases.

In product returns, the payment made through Klarna will be refunded to the customer using the payment method they used in the order.

GIFT CARD
A gift card purchased from the online store can only be used to pay for purchases in the online store. If the value of the gift card purchased from the online store is higher than the value of the order, the remaining balance of the gift card can be used for future purchases. The gift card cannot be converted into cash. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once your gift card order has been processed in our system, we will send the code entitling you to use the gift card to the email address you provided. When purchasing a gift card from the online store as a gift, you can either order the gift card to your own email address and forward it to the recipient or order the gift card directly to the recipient's email address. The gift card is redeemed in the online store by entering the gift card code in the shopping cart.
