Makia is a Helsinki-based clothing company that was founded in 2001 and manufactures modern Nordic clothes. The collection is inspired by the history and environment of the port of Helsinki. Makia's idea stems from the need to keep oneself warm in harsh conditions, but with a style suitable for the urban environment and trendy. Makia's ideology includes more sustainable and ecological fashion consumption instead of short-sighted seasonal thinking. The clothes are designed to stand the test of time and they are of high quality and unadorned - without forgetting comfort.
Makia started out as a men's clothing brand, but the selection now includes a collection for children as well. In Olkia's selection you can find jackets, sweatshirts and trousers, socks, beanies and caps in sizes 110-164 cm.
