These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products purchased via Olkia Oy's website olkia.fi between Olkia Oy and the customer.

By using the Olkia online store, you accept these terms and commit to comply with them, and at the same time you accept the use of your personal data and cookies in accordance with Olkia's privacy statement.

Olkia has the right to update these terms at any time. The updated terms apply to orders made after the effective date of the new terms.

TRANSACTIONS AND REGISTRATION IN THE ONLINE STORE

Olkia Oy sells its products to adults who live in mainland Finland.

Ordering from the online store does not require registration in the Olkia online store. If you order products without registering, you are obliged to provide the mandatory information required in connection with the order.

If you want to register as a customer of the Olkia online store in order to speed up transactions in the online store, you agree to provide up-to-date information when ordering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and you are responsible for all transactions made with your username.

TARIFF

The prices of Olkia online store products are valid for the time being or at the time indicated separately. Online store product prices are charged according to the price valid at the time of order. Olkia online store prices always include value added tax. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, but are indicated separately during the order phase.

Olkia Oy reserves the right to all product price changes, and reserves the right to cancel the sale due to pricing errors, inventory inventory errors and online store malfunctions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order if the order has not yet been delivered. If you want to cancel your order, you should contact Olkia's customer service by email at customer@olkia.fi . The e-mail must state the subscriber's name, address and order number.

You also have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it.

Olkia Oy will return the payment using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Paid delivery costs are not refunded to the customer in product returns.

Merely returning the goods or not picking them up from the post office without a separate notice of cancellation is not enough. If necessary, it is your responsibility to show that the notification has been made.

You are obliged to return the product no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified Olkia Oy of the cancellation of the contract.

If there is an error in the product or service, you have the right to demand compensation for the error from Olkia Oy. More information in the consumer law guidelines Error liability and warranty in consumer goods trade .

OBSTACLE MAJOR

Olkia is not responsible for such breach of contract, such as delay and obstruction, which is caused by circumstances beyond Olkia's control (force majeure).

APPLICABLE LAW AND POTENTIAL DISPUTES

Finnish law applies to these terms and conditions, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. The parties try to resolve any disagreements primarily through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in Finland, at the Helsinki district court.
