Registration is not mandatory. You can order from our online store without registering as a regular customer.

However, name, address, phone number and email must be entered for delivery and order confirmation.

You will receive an email from us to the email address you provided when the order has gone through successfully. If for some reason you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder first. If you can't find the confirmation there either, contact our customer service at

Editing the order yourself is not possible, but please contact our customer service as soon as possible at or by phone 045 783 6783 (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm).


Delivery costs to mainland Finland:

  • Matkahuolto's XXS package is €4.95, Lählä package is €5.95, and delivery is free for orders over €119.
  • Posti's Small package to the mailbox or door is €5.95, Postipaketti €7.95 and for orders over €119, delivery is free.
  • Posti/Matkahuolto home delivery is always subject to a charge, and it costs €14.90 (delivery between 9am and 10pm).

We process orders as soon as possible and the standard delivery time is 1–5 business days. In some products, the product is delivered from the manufacturer's warehouse, in which case the delivery time is 6-10 business days. This is specifically mentioned in the product information.

Pick-up is possible from OLKiA's office in Torpparinmäki, at Pykälätie 15 00690 Helsinki. We are there from time to time, so please contact us and arrange a pick-up time.

We have to charge handling costs of €15/order for uncollected shipments. If you change your mind after accepting the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and make a return.

At the moment, we only deliver to mainland Finland (Åland is not part of our delivery area).

Returns and exchanges

If you want to return a product or products, contact customer service by email at and indicate which products you are returning. Pack the returned products in the original sales packaging, and include all the returned products in the return shipment. You can get a free return shipment by writing Posti's return code 674379 on the side of the package. You do not need separate address information for the return.

The return is free of charge, but the delivery costs paid in the order will not be refunded. If the order is returned in whole or in part so that the value of the remaining order is less than €95, we reserve the right to deduct the costs of the original shipment from the amount to be returned.

We're sorry to hear that you received a faulty product - we're sorry! Contact our customer service and we will arrange a new product for you. If it has happened that the same product is no longer available, we will refund you.
