Legal notice

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products through the OLKiA Oy website at olkia.fi between OLKiA Oy and the customer.

The contracting party in all purchase transactions carried out in the OLKiA online store is:

By using the OLKiA online store, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them, and you also consent to the use of your personal data and cookies in accordance with OLKiA's privacy policy.

OLKiA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the new terms.

SHOPPING AND REGISTRATION IN THE ONLINE STORE

OLKiA Oy sells its products to legal adults residing in Mainland Finland.

Ordering from the online store does not require registration with the OLKiA online store. If you order products without registering, you are obliged to provide the mandatory information required during the ordering process.

If you wish to register as a customer of the OLKiA online store to expedite your shopping experience, you commit to providing up-to-date information during the ordering process. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and are responsible for all transactions made with your username.

PRICES

The prices of products in the OLKiA online store are valid until further notice or until a specific date. The prices of products in the online store are charged based on the price valid at the time of ordering. The prices in the OLKiA online store always include value-added tax. The prices of products do not include delivery costs, which are specified separately during the ordering process.

OLKiA Oy reserves the right to make changes to all product prices and reserves the right to cancel transactions due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, and online store malfunctions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel your order if it has not yet been delivered. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact OLKiA customer service by email at customer@olkia.fi. The email must include the name of the subscriber, address, and order number.

Additionally, you have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.

OLKiA Oy will refund the payment using the same payment method you used when placing your order unless otherwise agreed. Paid delivery costs will not be credited back to the customer for product returns.

Merely returning the item or failing to pick it up from the post office without a separate notice of cancellation is not sufficient. You are responsible for providing evidence if necessary that the notification has been made.

You are obligated to return the product no later than 14 days from the date you notified OLKiA Oy of the cancellation of the contract.

If a product or service has a defect, you have the right to demand compensation from OLKiA Oy for the defect. For more information, see the Consumer Rights Act's guidelines on Liability for Defects and Warranties in the sale of consumer goods.

FORCE MAJEURE

OLKiA is not liable for any breach of contract, such as delays and impediments, resulting from circumstances beyond OLKiA's control (force majeure).

APPLICABLE LAW AND POSSIBLE DISPUTES

These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law, excluding its choice of law rules. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes primarily through negotiations. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in Finland, at the Helsinki District Court.
