PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is OLKiA's legitimate interest based on the customer relationship or other relevant connection, the execution of the agreement between OLKiA and the website user, and in some cases, the consent provided by you.

We process personal data for purposes related to managing, administering, and developing customer relationships, providing and delivering services, as well as related to service development and billing. We also process personal data for the purposes of handling any complaints and other claims.

SOURCES AND CONTENT OF THE REGISTERED DATA

When you order products and/or services from the OLKiA online store, we need your name, address, telephone number, and email address to deliver the products/services to you. We collect, store, and process your personal data to handle the purchases and potential complaints made in the OLKiA online store and to provide services.

Additionally, you can create a user account and register as a user, allowing you to save and view your contact and delivery information, order history, wish list, and shopping cart. You can write and submit reviews of purchased products and participate in contests, thereby providing us with personal information.

You can also create a user account and register as a user through your Facebook account. In this case, you share with us your public Facebook profile and the email address associated with your Facebook account. Currently, we only use this information to create an OLKiA user account using your email address and name. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send newsletters. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The database containing personal data is stored on a server kept in a locked space accessible only to designated individuals authorized for their tasks. Employees and other persons of the data controller are committed to confidentiality and to keeping confidential any information obtained in connection with the processing of personal data.

We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract between you and OLKiA. When the contractual relationship with us ends, the general rule is to delete or anonymize all personal data concerning you. However, information about purchases needed for OLKiA's accounting records is retained for six years from the end of the fiscal year to which the data relates.

If you complain about products sold by OLKiA, and your complaint cannot be resolved without contacting the manufacturer or marketer of the product, personal data related to your complaint may be transferred to the manufacturer or marketer, which may be located outside the EU or EEA.

If your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it will be done in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulation to maintain the same level of privacy protection.
