Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact OLKiA Oy customer service at customer@olkia.fi.

All exchanges and returns must be agreed upon in advance within 14 days of receiving the order, and the order must be returned within 14 days of notification. Failure to pick up the order does not constitute notification of return. For unclaimed returned orders, we charge 15 € for domestic shipments and 30 € for international shipments to cover the return and processing costs.

The product is eligible for return or exchange when:

  • The product is unused, clean, and odorless.
  • The product is in its original and saleable packaging.
  • The original product tags are attached.
  • The product is in saleable condition.

In cases where the returned product has been used or altered, we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation of the product from the refunded amount, up to the full price of the product.

If you wish to exchange the product for another item or size, please return the product to OLKiA in saleable condition. You may place a new order for the desired item on OLKiA's online store, and any applicable new shipping costs will apply.

If you wish to return part of a promotional campaign, the total order amount will be recalculated based on the value of the retained items. The refundable amount may not always correspond to the price of the ordered products. If the order no longer qualifies for a discount after the return of the product, the value of the discount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please follow these instructions for returns:

  1. Contact customer service at customer@olkia.fi by email and indicate the products you wish to return.
  2. Pack the returnable products in their original packaging and include all returnable items in the return shipment.
  3. For domestic orders, you will receive a free return shipment by writing the Posti return code 674379 on the package. No separate address information is required for returns.
  4. For international orders, we charge 14,90 € per return.
  5. Please ensure that the returnable products are protected from damage during transportation. The sender is responsible for ensuring that the returned products arrive intact at OLKiA's online store warehouse.
  6. Retain the return receipt for at least 30 days. If the returned package goes missing during transit and cannot be found in the carrier's tracking, the package is the sender's responsibility without a return receipt.

We process product returns within 14 days of receipt of the product at OLKiA's online store customer service. In product returns, the payment will be refunded using the payment method used in your order. Product returns are free of charge, but if you have ordered delivery by Posti or Matkahuolto home delivery and the entire order is canceled, we reserve the right to deduct the additional home delivery costs during the return process. If the order is returned partially in a way that the remaining order value is less than 149 €, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipment costs from the refunded amount.
