Burton's Ropedrop is a warm jacket for skiing and snowboarding, but is also suitable for other winter outdoor activities. The DRYRIDE material is wind and waterproof and the exposed points have taped seams, so the user is well protected from moisture and snow. The water-repellent surface treatment of the garment does not contain environmentally harmful fluorinated compounds. The jacket has ThermacoreECO padding with 90% recycled fibers, which is warm and dries quickly. Additional warmth is provided by the warm lining fabric of the front and back, which is made of microfleece. Additional features include a large hood that fits over the helmet, ventilation holes under the sleeves, lots of pockets and a snow lock at the waist. With Burton's Room-To-Grow function, the sleeves can be lengthened by a few centimeters, so that the jacket can be worn longer.
